The Bruins took the win thanks in part to RB Derrick Coleman who ran for 135 yards with 1 TD. QB Richard Brehaut finished 12 of 23 for 145 yards and 1 pass touchdown.
The Bruins on the road defeated Texas last year with a score of 34-12 being +15½ underdogs. The game went over the 43 points total line.
